Job Description: NC Siding & Exteriors, LLC, is hiring 6 general laborers for a full time temporary position. The worker(s) will have standard responsibilities for a construction laborer in the siding business in the following counties in North Carolina: Guilford, Forsyth, and Wake Counties. Will be supervised by a foreman and will assist in installations, moving materials and equip., site maintenance, etc. Work will be done in Norh Carolina climate conditions.Ladders will be used so cannot be afraid of heights. Work to begin October 7, 2019 and end July 31, 2020. Employees expected daily schedule from 8:00am – 4:00pm. Pay will be$15.89 per hour as determined by a PWD and single work week computing will be used.Should overtime pay be required, pay will be $23.84 per hour.

Typically paychecks will be issued on either Thursday or Friday each week but may be issued every two weeks rather than weekly. The Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck that are required by law.As applicable, the employer will reimburse in the first work week all visa,visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, as mandated by the government and not exceeding the mandated reimbursements.If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.

The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
